Product description
3Dputty HF-SS MF Bio is a light curing monomer free bio based solvent soluble sacrificial hard & flexible putty curable with UV & visible light.
Before exposure to UV / visible light it can be modelled by hand or with a spatula, and after shaping it can be hardened with normal UV / visible light to become a solvent soluble sacrificial hard and flexible filler for easy demolding with solvents such as acetone.
Application framework
Designed for sacrificial demolding workflows as a solvent soluble hard and flexible filler, using UV & visible light curing for shaping, filling and subsequent solvent-assisted removal.

- Bio content: >75-80%
- Solubility: fast solubility in acetone after curing

- Clear non colored light curable putty
- Malleable, easy to shape with a spatula or by hand for easy application before light curing
- Once cured with UV / Visible light becomes a hard and flexible thermoplastic solid which becomes soft upon heating

Processing and handling performance
