Clear Detoxifier and Purification Kit is a post-processing system designed to support the cleansing and chemical treatment of 3D printed photopolymer parts

This kit is intended to assist in the reduction of residual unreacted species and byproducts following printing and light post-curing. Proper post-processing is a critical step in workflows involving biocompatible-oriented resin systems.

It is a processing aid for advanced post-processing workflows and does not certify, guarantee or replace biological testing, regulatory validation or device-level qualification.

• Total chemical treatment time: approximately 10–20 minutes following light post-curing
• Detoxifier immersion time: 5–10 minutes at room temperature
• Purification treatment time: 5–10 minutes
• Kit contents: 2 graduated immersion beakers
• Kit contents: 4 × 250 mL bottles containing 2.5 g Clear Detoxifier (white powder)
• Preparation: Add 250 mL water to each Detoxifier bottle immediately before use
• Preparation: Add 1 L water to the Purification powder and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved

• High efficiency reduction of surface residuals when used according to IFU
• Improved visual clarity and whitening of transparent prints
• Powder-based system activated with water prior to use
• This protocol supports reduction of extractable surface species
• Proper post-processing using validated cleansing workflows may reduce surface inhibition effects with certain platinum-catalyzed RTV silicones

• Always follow the Instructions for Use (IFU) before applying this protocol
• Step 1 – Initial Cleaning: Clean printed parts according to the applicable IFU and ensure adequate light post-curing before proceeding
• Step 2 – Detoxifier Immersion: Immerse the printed parts completely in a flask containing the prepared Clear Detoxifier solution for 5–10 minutes at room temperature
• Step 3 – Purification Treatment: Transfer the parts into the prepared Purification solution for 5–10 minutes to assist removal of remaining reaction byproducts and discoloration
• Step 4 – Final Rinse: Rinse parts thoroughly at least twice in clean water to remove any remaining treatment solution
• Users must independently verify performance within their regulated manufacturing process
• Compatibility should be verified by the user

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes
• Dispose of solutions according to local chemical regulations

This protocol supports reduction of extractable surface species but does not substitute biological evaluation. Biocompatibility outcomes depend on resin formulation, printer parameters, geometry, and complete workflow validation. Surface chemistry and extractables depend on the complete material–printer–post-processing system and must be validated by the user within their regulatory framework.
