3Dresyns® High Refractive Index Resins (RI 1.53–1.60) comprise a specialized family of photopolymers engineered for advanced optical, microfluidic and micro/nano fabrication applications requiring elevated refractive index values and tunable material performance.

Designed for use in SLA, DLP, LCD and advanced lithography systems within professional and research environments. Suitable for optical components, photonic devices, nanoimprint lithography (NIL) and precision micro/nano fabrication processes where higher refractive index is required.

Standard high refractive index grades are supplied made-to-order across the RI 1.53–1.60 range. These materials are intended for applications where refractive index is the primary design parameter and are supplied using established high-RI photopolymer platforms.

Applications requiring specific mechanical, thermal, optical, chemical resistance or adhesion properties beyond the standard grades may require a custom-designed material developed through our Customization Services program.

Examples include combinations such as high refractive index with increased rigidity or toughness, specific thermal resistance, defined optical clarity at a target wavelength, or other application-specific optical requirements.
