3Dresyn 2PP XL2 Bio, Biocompatible crosslinker for increasing the rigidity & deflection temperature of two photon polymerization 3D resins

3Dresyn 2PP XL2 Bio is a fast and rigid crosslinker for increasing the rigidity, heat deflection temperature and the aspect ratio without deformation of 2PP 3D resins.

Its use increases the writing speed of slow 2PP resins, as well as their rigidity, hardness, physical and mechanical properties, such as deflection temperature, compression and chemical resistance. It also decreases the laser power threshold and permits the printing of high detail and high aspect ratio nano and submicron structures with low laser powers of <10 mW.

3Dresyn 2PP XL2 Bio is normally used up to 5-15% dosage, or more depending on rigidity specifications for certain nano thickness, and it is used for custom adjusting the rigidity of 2PP 3Dresyns.

Designed for use in two photon polymerization workflows as a crosslinker for rigidity, heat deflection temperature and aspect ratio enhancement, and also as a 2PP photocurable resin negative photoresist for high precision additive manufacturing of ultra rigid high aspect ratio 3D nano and microstructures.

Final writing speed, resolution, feature size, rigidity enhancement, heat deflection temperature, aspect ratio, laser power threshold, adhesion, printability and cleaning performance depend on the selected formulation, printer configuration, wavelength, substrate, developer and full processing workflow.
