Cleaning Fluid UNW2 Bio – Ultra Non-Whitening Cleaner with Medium Viscosity for Ultra Gloss and Transparency of Prints

Cleaning Fluid UNW2 Bio is a professional cleaning fluid with medium viscosity and controlled hydrophobicity, developed for washing and cleansing 3D printed photopolymer parts. It is formulated to efficiently remove both hydrophilic and hydrophobic residual resins, surface contaminants and curing byproducts.

Cleaning Fluid UNW2 Bio is specifically designed for cleaning ultra-clear and ultra-transparent 3D prints. Its controlled formulation helps maintain gloss and optical clarity while assisting removal of surface residues.

Designed for use in advanced additive manufacturing workflows, including applications where surface quality, transparency and controlled post-processing are critical, such as biomedical, dental and orthodontic laboratory environments.

• For cleaning water-soluble sacrificial resins, please use Cleaning Fluid WS1 or Cleaning Fluid WS2 Bio.
• Contaminated Cleaning Fluid may be regenerated by controlled light exposure (sunlight or curing unit).
• Residual uncured resin may polymerize into small solid particles, which can then be removed by filtration (e.g., paint filter).
• The filtered fluid may be reused for further washing operations, subject to quality verification by the user.
