3Dresyn RIC-SEA10 Bio is a super elastic resin for injection and casting.

This material is designed to be super elastic without breaking, providing properties similar to elastic rubber for resin injection and casting workflows.

Designed for resin injection and casting workflows, including hot gravity casting and injection in molds, for fabrication of super elastic parts.

• Flexural strength: <5 MPa (ISO 178)
• Young’s modulus: <2 MPa (ISO 527)
• Elongation at break: >300% (ISO 527)
• Shore hardness: A10 (ISO 868)

Measured physical properties

• Viscosity: >20.000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
• Density: 1.0-1.2 g/cc at 25ºC (ISO 1183)
• Refractive index: 1.47-1.49
• Shrinkage: very low

• Detailed rigidity refinement can be done with our Hardness Adjusters 3Dresyn SA2 LV Bio and 3Dresyn HA2 LV Bio
• Curable with light with Fine Tuners FT additives photo accelerants and/or
• Curable by heat with Fine Tuner TA1, our general purpose fast "Thermal Accelerant" for thermally curing our 3Dresyns
