3Dresyn RIC-SEA10 Bio, Biocompatible super elastic resin with Shore A10 for Resin Injection and Casting

3Dresyn RIC-SEA10 Bio is a super elastic resin for injection and casting.

This material is designed to be super elastic without breaking, providing properties similar to elastic rubber for resin injection and casting workflows.

Designed for resin injection and casting workflows, including hot gravity casting and injection in molds, for fabrication of super elastic parts.

• Density: 1.0-1.2 g/cc at 25ºC (ISO 1675)
• Shrinkage: very low
• Viscosity: >20.000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)

• Refractive index: 1.47-1.49 (ISO 489)

• Super elastic without breaking

• High impact and shattering resistance

• Very high resolution

• Medium high viscous resin with low flow at room temperature
• Castable hot by gravity or by injection in molds
• Significant rigidity refinement can be done with our Hardness Adjusters 3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio and 3Dresyn HA1 HV MF Bio
• Detailed rigidity refinement can be done with our Hardness Adjusters 3Dresyn SA2 LV Bio and 3Dresyn HA2 LV Bio
• Curable with light with Fine Tuners FT additives photo accelerants and/or
• Curable by heat with Fine Tuner TA1, our general purpose fast "Thermal Accelerant" for thermally curing our 3Dresyns
