Designed for use in Hot Lithography (HL) and Viscous Lithography Manufacturing (VLM) systems within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of durable foldable parts, impact-resistant flexible components and technical applications requiring toughness, resilience and very low shrinkage.

• Hardness and rigidity can be increased with 3Dresyn HA1 HV MF Bio at user-selected dosages typically in the range of 1–15% by weight, subject to validation
• Broader property adjustment can be achieved with 3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio and 3Dresyn HA1 HV MF Bio
• More detailed property adjustment without sacrificing foldability can be achieved with 3Dresyn SA2 LV Bio and 3Dresyn HA2 LV Bio

Note: foldable and highly tough photopolymers may show application-dependent behavior depending on wall thickness, print orientation, cure state, thermal history and long-term deformation conditions. Final flexibility, foldability and durability must be validated by the user under the intended workflow and service conditions.

Material performance depends on printer type, thermal control, exposure conditions, geometry and full workflow implementation. Mechanical performance, foldability, impact resistance and final suitability must be validated by the user for each specific application.
