Cleaning Fluid NW1 Bio – Hydrophobic Cleaner for Washing 3D Prints

Cleaning Fluid NW1 Bio is a hydrophobic cleaning fluid developed to wash and clean 3D prints and efficiently remove unreacted resin, hydrophobic residuals and processing byproducts.

Cleaning Fluid NW1 Bio has medium hydrophobicity and is suitable for cleansing and purification of 3D printed materials used in general industrial, laboratory and biomedical-oriented workflows. It can also be used to clean resin tanks (vats), printer covers and plastic components without causing the stress cracking typically associated with isopropanol and other volatile alcohol solvents.

• Can provide enhanced surface shine after cleaning plastic and metal parts

• For maximum clarity and transparency, use Cleaning Fluid UNW1 Bio or Cleaning Fluid UNW2 Bio for ultra gloss and transparency of prints.
• It can be used to clean resin tanks (vats), printer covers and plastic components without causing the stress cracking typically associated with isopropanol and other volatile alcohol solvents.
• It is an effective alternative to volatile solvents that may attack plastics, painted parts or printer enclosures.
• Does not typically attack plastics or painted printer components
• Suitable for immersion cleaning in glass or compatible plastic containers
• IFU for ultra gloss and transparency
• For cleaning water-soluble sacrificial resins, please use Cleaning Fluid WS1 or Cleaning Fluid WS2 Bio.
• To reuse contaminated Cleaning Fluid, expose the used cleaning fluid in a transparent container to sunlight or to controlled light exposure in a curing unit.
• Residual uncured resin will polymerize into small solid particles.
• Filter the liquid through an appropriate paint filter to remove the cured particles.
• The filtered cleaning fluid may then be reused for subsequent washing cycles.
