Cleaning Fluid UNW1 Bio – Ultra Non-Whitening Cleaner with Very Low Viscosity for Ultra Gloss and Transparency

Cleaning Fluid UNW1 Bio is a hydrophobic, bio-based cleaning fluid developed for washing and cleansing 3D printed photopolymer parts. It is specifically formulated to assist removal of unreacted resin, hydrophobic residues and surface byproducts.

UNW1 Bio is an Ultra Non-Whitening cleaning fluid with very low viscosity, designed for washing ultra-clear and ultra-transparent 3D prints while helping maintain gloss and optical clarity.

Designed for washing and cleansing 3D printed photopolymer parts in advanced additive manufacturing workflows, including laboratory environments where high transparency and surface quality are required.

• Used Cleaning Fluid may be regenerated by controlled light exposure (sunlight or curing unit).
• Residual uncured resin may polymerize into small solid particles, which can then be removed by filtration (e.g., paint filter).
• The filtered fluid may be reused for subsequent washing cycles, subject to quality verification by the user.
