Ceramic Slurry CS YSZ1 Yttria-stabilized zirconia is a solid 3% molar Y2O3 yttria-stabilized zirconia feedstock at room temperature.
This ceramic slurry is designed for injection in 3D printed durable or sacrificial molds and for subsequent debinding and sintering workflows requiring high purity, controlled shrinkage, high final density and biomedical quality with minimum microporosity after sintering.
Designed for hot injection of yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic feedstock in 3D printed durable or sacrificial injection molds, followed by water debinding, thermal debinding and sintering.
The final debinding and sintering cycle needs to be custom designed by customers to meet their process specifications, including their optimum debinding and sintering time, which depends on the thickness of prints and other processing variables.
