Structured photopolymer system architecture for industrial, technical and regulated environments.
Minimum engagement: €20,000. These programs define complete additive manufacturing systems at material-process-hardware level. They are structured engineering implementation programs rather than basic troubleshooting or routine Product support.
Program level is determined by factors such as system complexity, required documentation, process-control depth, reproducibility requirements, intended application and project scope.
For applications in which material performance must also be specifically developed, System Architecture may be combined with Resin Customization Programs to address both material and process requirements under separately defined scopes.
3Dresyns® Professional 3D Printing Architecture is intended to structure the interaction between the material, printer, exposure system, cleaning, post-processing, post-curing and application requirements.

The specific activities and deliverables included are determined by the selected program and applicable quotation or project agreement.
This program is intended to establish a structured technical baseline for implementing or reorganizing a professional photopolymer workflow.
This program is intended for applications requiring deeper characterization of exposure, curing and process reproducibility than the Professional Architecture Program.
This program is intended for projects in which the customer requires an increased level of process traceability, documentation and technical justification because of the intended application or its own quality and regulatory framework.
Regulated Environment Architecture does not by itself constitute regulatory approval, certification or validation of the customer's final Product.
This program is intended for high-complexity projects requiring extensive system-level engineering, documentation and risk-control architecture.
The name of this commercial program does not itself determine, certify or confirm the regulatory classification of the customer's final medical, pharmaceutical or other regulated Product.
This program is intended for technically demanding industrial systems where multiple material, hardware, process, documentation and implementation variables must be structured as an integrated architecture.
System Architecture is not intended to replace routine Product support or short troubleshooting engagements.
If an existing material and printing workflow fundamentally meet the application requirements but require parameter adjustment, failure analysis or process stabilization, Printing & Processing Consulting or Structured Additive Manufacturing Consulting may be more appropriate.
System Architecture is intended for projects requiring broader definition or restructuring of the complete material-process-hardware workflow.
System Architecture and Resin Customization are separate engineering programs.
System Architecture defines and structures how the additive manufacturing system should operate.
Resin Customization is used where the material itself must be developed or adapted because existing commercial materials do not meet the required technical target.
A System Architecture project does not automatically include custom formulation development.
Likewise, purchase of a Resin Customization project does not automatically include complete System Architecture.
Where both material and system development are required, the programs may be combined under an expressly defined project scope.
System Architecture may involve selection, assessment and implementation of suitable 3Dresyns® material systems.
Recommendations concerning material selection or processing do not transfer the confidential formulation, chemical composition, synthesis route or proprietary manufacturing know-how underlying a 3Dresyns® Product.
If a new custom material must be developed, the work is governed separately under the applicable Resin Customization framework.

Hardware recommendations are made according to the technical requirements considered during the project and should not be interpreted as universal certification or endorsement of a particular third-party machine.
Exposure methodology may be structured according to variables such as:
Where included in scope, the project may use working-curve analysis, radiometric information, CRT methodology or other appropriate tools to establish the exposure framework.
Where technically relevant and included in the selected program, 3Dresyns® may structure working-curve analysis and determine or use parameters such as penetration depth (Dp) and critical exposure (Ec) for process-development purposes.
Values obtained under one equipment configuration or set of experimental conditions should not automatically be assumed to apply unchanged to every printer, light source, material version, geometry or processing environment.
Where applicable, Curing Rate Table or related calibration methodology may be integrated into the System Architecture to support structured adjustment of exposure and curing conditions.
Calibration information is intended to support establishment of an appropriate process window and does not constitute a guarantee that a single parameter set will produce identical results under all equipment or environmental conditions.
Where mechanical performance forms part of the project objective, the architecture may include a structured framework for evaluating relevant material and process variables.
Where applicable, this may include integration with 3Dresyns® SMSP methodology or other project-specific evaluation approaches.
The specific properties, test methods, conditions and acceptance criteria to be used should be defined according to the project requirements.
System Architecture may establish methods intended to improve process control and reproducibility by identifying relevant variables, acceptable operating windows and appropriate documentation.

The purpose is to establish a technically structured process rather than to assume that equipment or material performance remains invariant under all operating conditions.
Depending on program level and agreed scope, System Architecture may include technical documentation such as:
The exact documents supplied are defined by the applicable project scope.
Projects may be designed around technical objectives for printing performance, dimensional control, mechanical properties, reproducibility or other system-level requirements.
A technical objective does not automatically constitute a guaranteed contractual acceptance criterion.
Where a measurable result is intended to operate as an acceptance criterion, it should be expressly identified in the applicable project documentation together with the relevant conditions, test methodology and tolerance where appropriate.
System Architecture may be used to support customers developing workflows for biomedical, dental, food-contact, pharmaceutical-related, industrial or other performance-critical applications.
The architecture may take relevant technical, quality and documentation requirements into account where those requirements have been identified as part of the agreed project scope.
3Dresyns® does not determine the regulatory status or classification of the customer's final Product merely by supplying a System Architecture program.
The customer remains responsible for determining the regulatory pathway, classification, conformity-assessment requirements, testing, validation, registration and market authorization applicable to its final Product and intended use.
References to Class III, high-risk, pharmaceutical or similar terminology in a program name identify the intended complexity and commercial scope of the applicable 3Dresyns® architecture program.
Such terminology should not be interpreted independently as a legal determination that the customer's final Product belongs to a particular regulatory class or that a particular regulatory pathway applies.
Regulatory classification depends on the final Product, its intended purpose, characteristics and the applicable jurisdiction and regulatory framework.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to structure the project.

Material project constraints that are not disclosed cannot reasonably be incorporated into the architecture.
3Dresyns® provides the technical architecture and deliverables included in the agreed project.
The customer remains responsible for implementing and validating the resulting system within its actual manufacturing environment unless a specific implementation or validation activity has been expressly contracted.
Changes to printer hardware, material, material version, process parameters, equipment, geometry or downstream processing may require reassessment of previously established conditions.

Unless expressly established as a specific contractual deliverable, a System Architecture program does not guarantee:
The selected program establishes the commercial starting framework. The applicable quotation, order confirmation or project agreement defines the actual activities, deliverables, project assumptions and payment conditions.
Changes in application, hardware, target properties, regulatory requirements, materials, validation requirements or other material project variables may require additional work and a revised quotation.
System Architecture does not transfer ownership of 3Dresyns® formulations, material architectures, proprietary software, internal methodologies, trade secrets, development tools or other Background Intellectual Property.
The customer's pre-existing information, designs and Background Intellectual Property remain subject to the customer's applicable rights.
3Dresyns® does not acquire ownership of an independent customer invention merely because System Architecture services are provided.
Any project-specific ownership, licensing, patent or exclusivity arrangement must be expressly established in writing.
Projects involving non-public technical information may be conducted under the applicable NDA or confidentiality framework.
3Dresyns® does not disclose confidential formulations, proprietary material architecture, internal development tools or other trade secrets as part of standard System Architecture work.
Customers should not disclose third-party Confidential Information unless they are authorized to provide it for the project.
Purchase of a Professional 3D Printing Architecture program does not grant the customer, its consultants, private auditors, notified bodies acting for the customer or other private third parties any right to access, inspect or audit 3Dresyns® facilities, laboratories, manufacturing areas, internal systems, development tools or confidential processes.
Project information and deliverables are exchanged through the methods established by 3Dresyns® and the applicable project framework.
Where expressly contracted, 3Dresyns® personnel may provide technical implementation support at the customer's facilities.
Written technical communication is generally preferred to maintain technical clarity and traceability.
Depending on scope, projects may also include remote meetings, videoconferences, technical reports, data review and customer-site implementation support.

These programs are designed for organizations requiring structured, reproducible and technically defensible photopolymer or additive manufacturing implementation at system level.

3Dresyns® Professional 3D Printing Architecture defines structured material-process-hardware implementation frameworks according to the selected commercial program and agreed project scope. The service does not automatically include custom formulation development, regulatory approval or validation of the customer's final Product, does not transfer proprietary 3Dresyns® formulation architecture or Background Intellectual Property, and does not grant customers access to 3Dresyns® facilities or confidential systems.
