Primary purpose

Post-print self-repair & interlayer re-bonding at a chosen activation temp (RT/60/80/100/120 °C).

Speeds re-bonding or lowers activation temp; light-assist friendly for local repairs.

Enables stress relief during cure, stronger layer-to-layer welding, and post-print hot-weld repair.

Best for

Clear optics, functional parts, engineering resins that need targeted repair windows.

A/B trials to optimize SH performance; delicate interfaces; field fixes.

Housings, brackets, high-Tg matrices, structural joints needing the firmest welds.

Activation guide

SH-RT (light-assist / gentle) · SH-60 · SH-80 · SH-100 · SH-120 (validate on coupons).

Used at micro-dose (e.g., 0.05–0.20%) alongside SH to accelerate/assist repair.

Optic: clarity-first · Thermal: stronger welds · Max: most aggressive hot-weld (validate 90–130 °C).

Clarity / odor

Optical-friendly at recommended levels; low odor.

Neutral at mini-dose; designed not to cloud the host.

Optic prioritizes clarity; Thermal/Max favor weld strength with minimal impact on optics.

Typical use level

Depending on application family: Rigid 5–15%, BioFlex 10–20%, Elastomer 10–25%, Seal 20–30% (see product pages).

0.05–0.20% (evaluation vial). Run A/B tests: with vs. without booster.

Typically 0.5–2.0% as a drop-in weld additive; re-optimize exposure times.
