Discounts
Discounts are applicable only for advance payments (see advance payment).
Online volume discounts
Automatic online discounts are available for all customers and resellers based on the total order value:
- 10% discount for orders above €1,000
- 20% discount for orders above €2,000
- 30% discount for orders above €3,000
- 40% discount for orders above €6,000
Discounts are applied during the checkout process by entering the corresponding discount code:
- 10% discount for orders > €1,000 — Code: 10%off
- 20% discount for orders > €2,000 — Code: 20%off
- 30% discount for orders > €3,000 — Code: 30%off
- 40% discount for orders > €6,000 — Code: 40%off
Additional discount conditions
- Higher discounts may be available for bulk orders and can be negotiated on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
- Certain products may be subject to reduced or limited discounts. In such cases, the Company will inform the customer accordingly.
- Discounts apply only to physical products and do not apply to services, including but not limited to training and consulting services.
- Discounts apply only to grouped packaging formats, as described in our packaging policy.
