Discount policy
3Dresyns® offers order-value and volume discounts on eligible physical Products subject to the commercial conditions described in this policy.
Reaching a monetary order threshold does not, by itself, create entitlement to a discount. All applicable discount conditions must also be satisfied, including advance payment, Product eligibility, and grouped packaging where required.
Advance payment requirement
Order-value and volume discounts apply only to advance payments, unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
For online orders, the applicable payment must be successfully completed according to the checkout conditions.
For offline orders, payment must be made according to the quotation, proforma invoice, or other payment terms expressly accepted by the Company.
Where credit terms, deferred payment, payment after delivery, or another non-advance-payment arrangement is requested, the standard order-value discounts described on this page do not automatically apply and any commercial conditions must be separately agreed.
Online order-value discounts
Subject to all conditions of this policy, the following online discounts may be available on eligible physical Products:
- 10% discount for eligible orders above €1,000
- 20% discount for eligible orders above €2,000
- 30% discount for eligible orders above €3,000
30% is the maximum discount available through the Website. There are no further online thresholds, and a higher order value does not by itself produce a higher discount.
The relevant order value and discount eligibility are determined according to the eligible Products and conditions applicable at checkout or in the accepted quotation.
Online discount codes
Where available, eligible online discounts may be applied during checkout using the corresponding discount code:
- 10% discount for eligible orders above €1,000: 10%off
- 20% discount for eligible orders above €2,000: 20%off
- 30% discount for eligible orders above €3,000: 30%off
Entering a discount code does not override the eligibility requirements of this policy.
If a code is technically accepted during checkout but the order does not satisfy the applicable Product, packaging, payment, or other material eligibility requirements, the Company may contact the Buyer before order confirmation or production to correct the commercial configuration where permitted by applicable law.
Grouped packaging is required for order-value discounts
Order-value and volume discounts apply only to eligible physical Products supplied in grouped packaging.
Where multiple units of the same Product, version, and compatible configuration qualify for a discount, the corresponding quantity may be consolidated into one or more larger containers according to the Company's Packaging policy.
Individual small-format containers, individual retail-size bottles, or other non-grouped packaging are not eligible for standard order-value or volume discounts unless a specific exception is expressly agreed by the Company in writing before order confirmation.
This rule applies regardless of the total monetary value of the order.
For example, an order exceeding €3,000 does not automatically qualify for the 30% discount if the Buyer requires all Products to remain in individual small-format containers.
The applicable commercial configurations are therefore:
- Grouped packaging: eligible for the applicable order-value or volume discount where all other conditions are satisfied; or
- Individual small-format packaging: supplied at the applicable non-discounted price or according to a separately negotiated written B2B quotation.
Any exception allowing discounted pricing together with individual small-format packaging must be expressly confirmed by the Company in writing.
Why discounts depend on packaging
A discount is not a reward for order value; it is a share of a cost saving. Filling, labelling, sealing and packing one large container is a single operation, whereas the same quantity supplied in individual bottles multiplies every one of those operations, and weighs and occupies more in transport. That difference is what funds the discount.
Consequently, an order of several different references supplied in individual bottles is the most expensive configuration to serve, whatever its total value, and it does not give rise to higher discounts.
Packaging changes after quotation or checkout
A discount calculated or quoted on the basis of grouped packaging does not automatically remain applicable if the Buyer subsequently requests:
- individual small bottles;
- retail-size packaging;
- separate filling of multiple containers;
- special or individual labels;
- customer-specific packaging;
- separate Product allocations; or
- another packaging configuration requiring additional preparation, filling, labelling, handling, or logistical operations.
Where such a change is requested before order confirmation or production, the applicable price, discount, packaging conditions, or quotation may be recalculated.
Eligible Products
Discounts apply only to physical Products that are eligible for the relevant discount program.
Certain Products may have:
- reduced discount eligibility;
- a lower maximum discount;
- no standard discount eligibility;
- specific minimum quantities;
- specific packaging requirements; or
- separately quoted commercial conditions.
Where a Product has specific discount conditions, those Product-specific conditions take precedence over the general thresholds described on this page.
Services are excluded
Standard order-value and volume discounts apply to eligible physical Products only.
They do not automatically apply to Services, including:
- training;
- consulting;
- material development;
- custom formulation development;
- technology-transfer services;
- technical development projects;
- testing or validation services;
- documentation services; or
- other professional or engineering Services.
Pricing for Services is governed by the applicable quotation, project scope, or individually negotiated agreement.
Customized Products
Customized Products may be subject to different discount conditions depending on formulation development, raw materials, production complexity, packaging, minimum quantity, documentation, testing, technical support, and other project requirements.
The standard online discount thresholds should not be assumed to apply to a customized Product unless the Product or quotation expressly confirms eligibility.
Large B2B bulk orders
Business Buyers placing large bulk orders may request separately negotiated commercial conditions. These are supply arrangements quoted individually and are not an extension of the online discount thresholds described above.
They typically concern a large quantity of a single reference supplied in industrial containers, which is the configuration where the saving in filling, labelling and handling is greatest.
Depending on the Product and transaction, a B2B quotation may take into account:
- total Product quantity;
- Product type;
- grouped packaging;
- container size;
- production requirements;
- raw-material requirements;
- payment conditions;
- documentation requirements;
- shipping conditions;
- lead time; and
- other commercial or technical requirements.
Where a written B2B quotation or individually negotiated agreement establishes different discount conditions, that quotation or agreement prevails for the matters specifically covered by it.

Resellers and distributors
Standard online discount conditions apply according to the eligibility requirements of the relevant order and are not automatically increased merely because the Buyer is a reseller or distributor.
A reseller or distributor requiring individual retail-size packaging, special labels, separate units, resale documentation, or other non-standard supply conditions should request a specific B2B quotation.
Discounted grouped-packaging pricing should not be assumed to apply to individually packaged resale units.
Combination of discounts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes, order-value discounts, negotiated discounts, promotional discounts, special offers, Product-specific discounts, and other price reductions are not automatically cumulative.
The Buyer should not assume that two or more discounts can be combined merely because each one would be independently available.
Where more than one discount or promotion could potentially apply, the applicable checkout conditions, quotation, or written commercial agreement determine the final discount.
Promotional packs and special offers
Promotional packs, bundles, clearance conditions, Product-specific offers, introductory offers, or other special commercial arrangements may have their own pricing and eligibility conditions.
Standard order-value discount codes do not automatically apply to Products or packs already subject to a special price or promotional condition unless expressly indicated.
Calculation errors and technical errors
If an obvious technical, configuration, or pricing error causes a discount to be displayed or applied contrary to the clearly stated eligibility conditions, the Company may contact the Buyer to correct the issue before the order is confirmed or performed, subject to the applicable contract and mandatory law.
This provision does not give the Company a general right to increase an agreed price after a binding contract has been concluded.
Changes to future discount programs
The Company may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue discount codes, thresholds, Product eligibility, packaging requirements, or other discount conditions for future orders.
Such changes do not retroactively modify a discount already incorporated into a binding order or accepted quotation.
The discount conditions applicable to a transaction are those applicable when the relevant order or quotation becomes binding, subject to any individually negotiated written agreement.
Price-reduction information for Consumers
Where a discount, promotional price, or other price reduction is advertised to Consumers and applicable law requires identification of a previous price or other specific price information, the Company will provide the information required by the applicable consumer-pricing rules.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or modify mandatory requirements governing the announcement, presentation, transparency, or calculation of price reductions to Consumers.
No entitlement solely from threshold value
The monetary thresholds stated in this policy are eligibility thresholds, not unconditional promises of discount.
A Buyer must satisfy all applicable conditions relating to:
- eligible Products;
- advance payment;
- grouped packaging;
- the relevant order value;
- any Product-specific restrictions; and
- any other conditions expressly applicable to the relevant discount.
If one of the applicable conditions is not satisfied, reaching the monetary threshold alone does not create entitlement to the discount.
Governing principle
Order-value and volume discounts are commercial benefits attached to eligible advance-paid physical Product orders supplied in grouped packaging. Small or individual packaging is not eligible for these standard discounts merely because the total order value exceeds a discount threshold.
Relationship with other Legal Terms
This policy must be read together with the Company's Packaging policy, applicable Product pages, quotations, Terms & Conditions, and Legal Terms.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy permits misleading pricing, retroactive alteration of an agreed price, or exclusion of mandatory Consumer rights or other pricing requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
