Our selection of 3D conductive 3D resins and additives* for 3D printing conductive rigid and flexible electronic materials e.g. antennas for IoT applications (HF, UHF), RFID and NFC tags, OLED and OPVs, flexible PCBs, flexible cables, transparent electrodes for touch screens, silver nanowire 3D ink systems.
Our conductive additives and 3D resins can also be used for Electroforming for replacing the expensive multi step prior electrodeposition. Mandrels can be printed with our water soluble sacrificial 3D resins and dip coated in our conductive systems. After electrodeposition of metals such as gold, mandrels can be easily dissolved in water.
*Note: Conductive products due to their high engineering complexity require the usage of open mode SLA, DLP & LCD printers and skillful users since conductive materials require high control of their dispersion, stabilisation, and homogenization, as well as fine tuning to different printing and printer specifications. Low power printers cannot print highly loaded 3D resins with opaque conductive materials, such as copper and silver. Conductive products are made to order. Their lead time is around 1-2 weeks. The reported resistance, resistivity, and conductivity values were achieved with a 4-point probe. They cannot be considered fixed values since testing conditions influence significantly the conductivity results. Please read our: Guarantee of properties
