3Dresyn-ase EBC1, Enzymatic Bio Catalyst for biodegradation of 3D prints
Product description
3Dresyn-ase EBC1 is a liquid Enzymatic Bio Catalyst for fast hydrolisis and biodegradation of 3D printed materials in the outdoor environment.
It has been specially designed to biodegrade 3Dresyn CD Bio D and 3Dresyn Bio D as well as other 3D printed materials and plastics.
Additions at dosage of 0.5% by weight to liquid SLA 3D resins promote that 3D printed materials hydrolise and break down by enzymatic attack into smaller non hazardous chemicals.
This technology exhibits an increased ability for biodegradation of 3D printed materials and plastics contributing to biodegradation of microplastics. 3Dresyn-ase EBC1 accelerates biodegradation by increasing the susceptibility for microorganisms and bacterii to break them down into smaller and smaller fragments over time.
The goal of this product line is to promote the usage of biodegradable SLA 3D printing by developing eco friendly enzymatic bio catalysts for fast biodegradation of 3D printed materials.
3Dresyn-ase EBC1 accelerates the biological breakdown into simpler substances through the action of enzymes. When this process is completed, the initial organic substances are entirely converted into simple inorganic molecules such as water, methane and carbon dioxide.
One of the key objectives of 3Dresyns is to design, make and promote safe and environmentally friendly 3D resyns, additives and biodegradation promoters to ensure safe printing resin handling and disposal.
