3Dresyn Bioflex A60 MB Monomer Based
Highly flexible biocompatible monomer-based 3D printing resin
Product description
3Dresyn Bioflex A60 MB is a highly flexible biocompatible monomer-based photopolymer resin designed for applications requiring pronounced flexibility, elastic recovery and soft-touch behavior, while maintaining adequate mechanical integrity.
The monomer-based formulation provides enhanced reactivity and broader processing latitude compared to monomer-free grades.
Intended use
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Typical applications
Flexible medical device components
Wearable and patient-contact parts
Flexible housings, seals and interfaces
Functional biomedical prototypes
