Fine Tuner FT2P Bio, ultra fast bio photo accelerant up to 420 nm in powder
Product description
Fine Tuner FT2P Bio is a high-performance biocompatible photo accelerant additive in powder form, designed to significantly increase the cure speed of biocompatible 3Dresyns formulations in SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing systems.
The formulation provides very fast curing kinetics and extended absorption into the visible spectrum up to 420 nm, making it especially suitable for low-power printing systems and deep or light-sensitive formulations.
Fine Tuner FT2P Bio is faster and more biocompatible than Fine Tuner FT1 and FT2, requiring approximately half the dosage to achieve equivalent or higher curing performance.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD, mLCD and Inkjet) with biocompatible photopolymer formulations, particularly in low-power printers or systems with fixed exposure parameters.
Typical applications
- Increasing cure speed of biocompatible 3D resins
- Optimizing performance of low-power SLA, DLP and LCD printers
