What it is
A 100% circular, bio-positioned 3D resin for SLA/DLP/LCD (385–405 nm) that prints solid parts and later depolymerises back to a reusable syrup under a controlled thermal trigger. Two grades:
Key benefits
• True circular workflow: liquid → printed solid → liquid (re-print)
• Clean thermal release (no harsh solvents in service)
• Targeted trigger temperature for process flexibility (80 °C or 150 °C)
• Low odor; clear to slightly amber optics
• Compatible with common 385–405 nm printers
Typical applications
• Sacrificial molds/cores (CIM/MIM, investment casting, jewelry)
• Reusable tooling and jigs that you can “melt-out” on demand
• R&D into circular printing and material recovery workflows
Activation (typical)
-
DP80: 70–90 °C warm bath or oven, 10–60 min depending on wall thickness; gentle agitation helps syrup recovery.
-
DP150: 135–160 °C oven, 10–60 min; chosen for parts that must endure higher service temperatures before release.
Exact time/temperature depend on geometry, post-cure, and heating method—validate on internal coupons.
Printing & post
Material view (printed, representative)
-
Rigid-tough window, low shrink, clear to light-amber appearance
-
Heat-softening near the selected trigger temperature (by design)
Handling & safety
Industrial/R&D use. Standard PPE (gloves, goggles, coat) and ventilation. See SDS. Keep out of sunlight during mixing/printing.
Storage & shelf life
15–25 °C, dry, dark. Shelf life sealed: 12 months.
What’s included
Resin, a graduated beaker, and a black 250 mL bottle for light-protected handling.
IMPORTANT: The product has a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, but in practice it has a longer shelf life. Its delivery time is around 4-8 weeks after ordering.
