    Guarantee of properties

    All information provided regarding the properties, performance, and application of 3Dresyns products is based on the Company’s current knowledge, technical expertise, and practical experience at the time of publication.

    References to products having properties similar to conventional plastics or other materials are provided solely for comparative and descriptive purposes and do not imply identical or equivalent chemical composition, formulation, or performance.

    The information supplied describes typical or indicative performance characteristics only and shall not be construed as a legally binding guarantee or warranty of specific properties. No guarantee is made with respect to safety, biocompatibility, physical, mechanical, or other properties, or printability of unifunctional or multifunctional products.

    Final product performance depends on multiple variables beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to printing technology, processing parameters, equipment condition, storage conditions, transportation conditions, environmental conditions, operator practices, post-processing procedures and intended end use.

    Multifunctional products, due to their inherent complexity and the option to add multiple functionalities online, are supplied as proof-of-concept materials. Achieving optimized, application-specific performance may require additional formulation development through the Company’s customization services.

    Customers are responsible for independently testing and validating the suitability, performance, safety, stability and regulatory compliance of all products for their intended purpose prior to use.

    No warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, long-term stability, shelf-life performance, conductivity retention, suspension stability, storage stability or application-specific suitability, are made with respect to any product.

    Process-dependent and functional materials

    Many products supplied by the Company are advanced functional materials, including but not limited to conductive, filled, pigmented, composite, dispersion-based, suspension-based, water-containing, reactive, nanomaterial-containing or otherwise process-sensitive systems. Product performance may depend on storage duration, temperature history, transportation conditions, handling, homogenization, mixing, calibration, printing parameters, curing conditions, post-processing conditions and other workflow-specific variables.

    Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Company cannot verify, monitor or control the complete thermal, transportation, storage or handling history of products after shipment, including transportation conditions, customs handling, warehouse storage, delivery conditions, storage after receipt, opening, resealing, partial use, contamination, mixing procedures or subsequent processing by the customer.

    For multiphase materials, including conductive, filled, pigmented, suspension-based and dispersion-based systems, sedimentation, settling, floating, agglomeration, flocculation, phase separation, viscosity changes, gel-like structures, rheological changes, conductivity variations, colour variations or similar phenomena may occur during storage, transport or use.

    The presence of sedimentation, settling, floating, agglomeration, flocculation, phase separation, viscosity changes, gel-like structures, conductivity variations, colour variations or similar phenomena alone does not constitute evidence of a manufacturing defect, product non-conformity or entitlement to replacement, refund or credit.

    Products described as ready-to-use, ready-to-print or ready-to-process may still require homogenization, re-dispersion, mixing, shaking, temperature equilibration, calibration, degassing or other preparation steps before use as described in the applicable technical documentation, Instructions for Use (IFU), product pages or related documentation.

    Ready-to-use, ready-to-print or ready-to-process designations do not imply permanent suspension homogeneity, dispersion stability, conductivity stability, viscosity stability or unchanged performance throughout the entire shelf life of a product.

    Quality control retention samples are retained for internal quality control and traceability purposes and are stored under controlled internal reference conditions. Such samples may be used as part of the Company's technical assessment process but do not necessarily reproduce the transportation, storage, handling, contamination, processing, thermal history or application history experienced by products after shipment.

    Requests for replacement, refund, credit, exchange, complaint acceptance or any other corrective action require technical evaluation and objective evidence demonstrating a manufacturing non-conformity existing at the time of manufacture or shipment.

    Observations consistent with known ageing, transport, storage, handling, homogenization, contamination, processing, calibration, post-processing, environmental exposure or application-specific effects do not automatically qualify for replacement, refund, exchange, credit or claim acceptance.

    Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt, storing them according to the applicable documentation, validating suitability for the intended application, maintaining appropriate process records and using suitable equipment, workflows and measurement methods. Failure to follow applicable documentation, storage conditions, homogenization procedures, calibration workflows or processing instructions may affect performance and may limit the Company's ability to evaluate or accept a product claim.

    The Company reserves the right to modify product compositions, properties, specifications, formulations, performance characteristics, documentation or recommendations at any time without prior notice due to safety considerations, regulatory requirements, technological improvements, raw material availability or any other reason.
