3D-ADD ASC1, anti sedimentation additive
Product description
3D-ADD ASC1 is an ultra effective anti-sedimentation additive for optimum suspension stability of pigments, fillers, organic, inorganic, ceramic and metal nano, sub micron and micron powders, nanowires and microfibers.
It is designed as a suspension stabiliser for a broad range of organic, inorganic and metallic nano and micro powders and fibers, providing a balance of flow and suspension stability in low, medium and high viscosity systems.
Application framework
Designed for use with most of our SLA, DLP and LCD 3Dresyns as an anti-sedimentation additive and suspension stabiliser for systems containing pigments, fillers, ceramics, metals, powders, wires and fibers.
Typical applications
- Stabilising pigments, fillers, ceramics and metal particles in suspension
- Stabilising organic, inorganic and metallic nano and micro powders and fibers
- Improving suspension stability in low, medium and high viscosity systems containing micron and nano materials
- Stabilising conductive systems and biocompatible conductive systems depending on version
Measured physical properties
- Optimum dosage is typically <5-10% of total resin solids for stabilising low, medium and high viscosity systems containing micron and nano materials
- Light brownish paste which does not affect the color strength of colored 3Dresyns
- Lipophilic LP version with HLB: < 7.5 (Ultra Low Water Absorption ULWA grades)
- Medium Hydrophilicity MHP version with HLB: 7.5-12
- High Hydrophilicity HHP version with HLB: >12
- Very High Hydrophilicity VHHP version with HLB: >14. Ideal for conductive systems
- Very High Hydrophilicity VHHP Bio version with HLB: >14. Ideal for biocompatible conductive systems
