3Dresyn PP-like, Polypropylene like
Tough semi-flexible biocompatible 3D printing resin with polypropylene (PP-like) mechanical behaviour, combining low stiffness, high elongation and excellent impact resistance.
Product description
3Dresyn® PP-like is a high-performance photopolymer engineered to replicate the mechanical behaviour of polypropylene, offering a balance between flexibility, toughness and low density mechanical response. The material exhibits semi-flexible behaviour with good elongation and impact resistance, making it suitable for functional components requiring durability and repeated deformation. It provides clear to light transparent orange finishes depending on formulation and post-processing conditions, while maintaining ultra low water absorption. It is available in HV (higher mechanical performance) and LV (lower viscosity) versions for compatibility with SLA, DLP and LCD printing systems.
Intended use
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Typical applications
- Flexible functional parts and living hinges
- Containers, housings and fluid-contact components
- Impact-resistant lightweight components
- Snap-fit parts and repeated-use mechanical elements
- Biomedical and food-contact oriented applications (subject to validation)
