3Dresyn CR UT Chemical Resistant Ultra Tough Resin (Tensile >50 MPa)

3Dresyn CR UT is an ultra tough chemically resistant photopolymer designed for SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printing.

This synthetic thermoset crosslinked network material is engineered for very good chemical resistance to polar and non polar chemicals, including most strong chemicals such as strong acids, mild alkalis, oxidizing and reducing agents. It provides lower chemical resistance but less brittle behavior than 3Dresyn CR UHT.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments requiring very good chemical resistance, toughness and dimensional stability.

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application

• Very good chemical resistance to polar (hydrophilic) and non polar (hydrophobic) chemicals, including most strong chemicals, such as strong alkalis, acids, oxidizing and reducing agents
• Lower chemical resistance but less brittle than 3Dresyn CR UHT
