3D-ADD CuVK1 – High-Concentration Copper Functional Additive
Product description
3D-ADD CuVK1 – High-Concentration Copper Functional Additive is a super-concentrated copper metal paste designed for incorporation into compatible 3Dresyn photopolymer systems.
It is a high-purity copper metal dispersion (>60% copper content) intended for formulation of copper-containing 3D printed materials where metallic copper presence and surface functionality are desired.
Application framework
Designed for use in compatible SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3Dresyn systems prior to printing for formulation of copper-containing functional parts.
Typical applications
- Functional parts requiring copper integration
- Formulation of copper-containing 3D printed materials where metallic copper presence and surface functionality are desired
Measured physical properties
- Brown metallic copper appearance
- High-purity copper metal paste (>60% copper content)
- Recommended addition dosage: ≤1.7% by weight relative to the base resin
- Shelf life is approximately 6 months when stored at room temperature (<25 °C)
- Storage at 4 °C in a sealed container may extend stability
- Typical delivery time is approximately 2 weeks
Functional performance characteristics
- Designed for incorporation into functional parts requiring copper integration
- Intended for formulation of copper-containing 3D printed materials where metallic copper presence and surface functionality are desired
Processing and handling performance
- Compatible with SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3Dresyn systems
- Supplied as a kit including the additive, a graduated beaker and a 250 mL black bottle for mixing and light protection
- Avoid exposure of resin formulations to ambient or UV light during handling
- Proper storage conditions are required to maintain performance
- Production is made to order to maximize shelf life
Chemical and safety characteristics
- High-purity copper metal paste
Testing & processing disclaimer
The properties of copper-containing printed parts depend on copper concentration, dispersion quality, processing parameters and final part geometry. Any antimicrobial or surface activity claims of finished products must be validated and assessed in accordance with applicable regulations by the legal manufacturer.
Disclaimer
This material is supplied as a professional manufacturing material and is not marketed as a finished medical device. Final part performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
This technical datasheet should be used together with the relevant processing, calibration, safety and workflow documentation available in the 3Dresyns® Resources section.
