3D-ADD FRC1 fire and flame resistant concentrate

3D-ADD FRC1 is a whitish fire and flame resistant concentrate for increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3Dresyns.

It is supplied as a whitish paste and can be added to most 3Dresyns to permit printing white and colored fire and flame resistant materials.

Designed for use with most SLA, DLP & LCD 3Dresyns to increase fire and flame resistance while preserving printability.

• Printing white fire and flame resistant materials
• Printing colored fire and flame resistant materials
• Increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3D printed materials

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Supplied as a whitish paste
• Minor whitening effect of colored 3D resins
• Additions of 30-40% by weight are recommended to preserve printability in most SLA, DLP & LCD printers
• Compliant with UL-94, with achievable classification V-0 at dosages <30-40%
• Compliant with UNE-EN 13823, with achievable classification B-s1, d at dosages <30-40%
