Fine Tuner FT1 Bio, Biocompatible photo accelerant up to 410 nm

Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is a biocompatible photo accelerant additive designed to increase cure speed in biocompatible photopolymer systems used in SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing.

This formulation is a biocompatible version of Fine Tuner FT1, engineered to reduce extractables and migratables while maintaining efficient curing performance.

It is optimized for ultraviolet and visible light sources up to 410 nm, including LEDs, lasers, DLP projectors and LCD-based systems.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet) working with UV and visible wavelengths (150–410 nm), particularly in biocompatible resin workflows.

100 mL of Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is typically sufficient for fine tuning approximately 5–10 litres of 3D resin, depending on dosage.

Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is recommended for printers operating in the 150–410 nm wavelength range, including 405 nm LED systems, lasers, DLP projectors and LCD-based printers.

Cure speed, mechanical properties and final performance depend on resin formulation, printer irradiance, wavelength, exposure settings and post-processing conditions. Optimization should be performed under real printing conditions.

This product is supplied as a formulation additive for professional use in photopolymer engineering and additive manufacturing workflows. It is not a standalone printable material. Final part performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
