Description
Fine Tuner FT6P Bio is ultra safe, 100% biocompatible (hazards, risk and pictrograms free) and it is ideal for increasing the print speed in Ultraviolet SLA, DLP and Inkjet 3D printers working wirh 150-300 nm light wavelengths.
Its use is essential in UV SLA DLP & Inkjet 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor the exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure of your prints.
It is recommended the use of Fine Tuner FT6P Bio in steps of 1% in high power printers and of 2% in low power printers to increase gradually printing speed.
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.

Note: Fine Tuner FT6P Bio is specially recommended for 3D printers having UV light wavelengths up to 300 nm (150-300 nm range) and in applications where residual or minimum UV-A absorption is required.
Fine Tuner FT6P bio needs to be dissolved in your 3Dresyn. A gentle warming and hand shake (use microwave with caution) will facilitate its dissolution.
