Fine Tuner FT7 , ultra low yellowing liquid photo accelerant for 150-300 nm

Fine Tuner FT7 is an ultra low-yellowing liquid photo accelerant additive specifically designed to increase cure speed in non-yellowing, optically clear photopolymer systems.

The formulation is optimized for deep ultraviolet applications (150–300 nm) and provides superior yellowing resistance compared to Fine Tuner FT6P, making it especially suitable for high-clarity and optical-grade materials.

Fine Tuner FT7 enables fast curing while preserving transparency and minimizing color shift, supporting advanced applications where optical performance is critical.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and Inkjet) operating in the deep UV range (150–300 nm), particularly in clear and non-yellowing resin systems.

Fine Tuner FT7 is specifically designed for deep UV systems (≤300 nm) and is recommended in applications requiring minimal UV-A absorption and maximum optical clarity.

Cure behaviour, print speed, and optical performance depend on resin formulation, printer irradiance, wavelength, exposure conditions and post-processing workflow. Optimization must be performed under real printing conditions.

This product is supplied as a formulation additive for professional use in photopolymer engineering and additive manufacturing workflows. It is not a standalone printable material. Final part performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
