Print Quality Fine Tuner FT2 is a faster version of Finer FT1, with an extended absorption into the Visible light spectrum.
It is an accelerant additive specially recommended to increase the cure speed of our 3Dresyns in low power SLA DLP & LCD 3D printers working with Ultraviolet or  Visible "daylight" lasers, LEDS, standard DLP projectors  or day light visible Liquid Crystal Display LCDs. Its use helps to resolve typical printing problems, which usually occur and are evidenced by poor print related to under cure, to say:
  • print failure, poor print resolution, print breaking, print and supports under cure , separation of prints from the supports, others.

The use of Print Quality Fine Tuner FT2 is ideal for increasing the print speed while maintain good quality prints in Ultraviolet and Visible SLA DLP & LCD 3D printers.

Its use is essential in low power UV & Visible SLA DLP & LCD 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor curing or exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure and fine tunes the quality of your prints.

Print Quality Fine Tuner FT2 is supplied as a kit, which contains 1 dispenser (dropper) with 60 mL of FT2, 1 measuring flask to measure exactly the minimum volume of 3Dresyns needed for fine tuning (dependant on minimum required printing volumen of individual resin tanks (vats)) and 1 empty 250 mL black bottle to mix, keep and protect fine tuned 3Dresyns from day light. Please do not expose 3Dresyns  to direct natural daylight or artificial room  light to prevent curing.


Note:  Print Quality Fine Tuner FT2 is specially recommended for low power 3D printers having UV & Visible  light wavelengths up to 440 nm (250-440 nm range) , including 405 nm blue & violet LEDs, lasers and standard DLP projectors and daylight visible LCDs.

Fine Tuner FT2 can become viscous at low temperature. A gentle warming (use microwave with caution) will decrease its viscosity for ease of handling.
