3D-ADD HDC1 High Density Concentrate is a high density biocompatible paste designed for increasing the density of 3D resins.
This additive permits making materials with specific densities by mixing 3D-ADD HDC1, with calculated density c. 5 g/mL, with 3D resins, most of them with densities c. 1 g/mL, without affecting significantly their original mechanical properties.
Designed for use as a density-adjusting additive in SLA, DLP and LCD vat photopolymerization workflows for custom density refinement of compatible 3D resins.
Final density, printability, color change, mechanical performance and workflow suitability depend on the base resin, additive ratio, mixing quality, air entrapment, printer settings and full processing workflow, and must be validated by the user.
