Description
3D-ADD HDC1 High Density Concentrate has these features and benefits:
- high density biocompatible paste with calculated density c. 5 g/mL (a lower density may appear due to air entrapment)
- ideal for increasing the density of any 3D resin, without affecting significantly their original mechanical properties
- permits making materials with specific densities by mixing 3D-DD HDC1, with density 5 g/mL, with any our 3D resins, most of them with densities c. 1 g/mL*
- light peach color. It causes whitening of 3D resins
- ultra safe, pictograms free
- high resolution up to 20 micron
- very low shrinkage
- printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers once mixed with any of our 3D resins
- organo-tin free
- Available in 3 versions:
- LipoPhilic LP version with HLB: < 7.5 (Ultra Low Water Absorption ULWA grades)
- Medium Hydrophilicity MHP version with HLB: 7.5-12
- High HydroPhilicity HHP version with HLB: >12
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
*Note: Calculation of desired density: % 3D resin x (1/100) + % 3D-ADD HDC1 x (5/100)
