3Dresyn IM-HDT, durable, High Deflection Temperature for injection at high temperature
Product description
3Dresyn® IM-HDT is a durable high deflection temperature photopolymer developed for the fabrication of rigid molds intended for injection of high melting temperature materials.
The material combines very high thermal resistance, ultra-high rigidity and teflonated surface behavior for reduced adhesion and improved release in demanding molding workflows.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of durable molds for high temperature injection processes.
Typical applications
- Durable molds for high temperature injection
- Molds for high melting temperature materials
- Rigid technical tooling
- High temperature polymer processing
- Advanced molding workflows requiring high stiffness and release performance
