Fine Tuner VAM FT5 Bio HP is a hydrophillic 100% biocompatible natural plant based photo accelerant additive specially recommended for increasing the cure speed of non water soluble biocompatible VAM 3Dresyns for VAM printers working with Ultraviolet and Visible lights up to 500 nm.

It is recommended the use of Fine Tuner VAM FT5 Bio HP in steps of <0.5-1% in high power VAM printers and of <1-2% in low power VAM printers to increase gradually printing speed.  Avoid over dosage to avoid overcure of the resin beyond limits/specifications, resulting in potential loss of resolution, precision, and dimensional accuracy of your VAM prints. Resolution and dimensional accuracy can be increased with Fine Tuner VAM LB3 Bio ULWA, our biocompatible hydrophobic resolution-er with ultra low water absorption for improving resolution, precision, and dimensional accuracy of Volumetric Additive Manufacturing "VAM" resins.

Fine Tuner VAM FT5 Bio HP is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
