Description
3Dresyn 2PP 10K-XL3 Bio is our Biocompatible ultra rigid 10K crosslinker for increasing the rigidity, Heat Deflection Temperature HDT, and the aspect ratio without deformation of 2PP 3D resins.
Its use increases the writing speed of slow 2PP resins, as well as their rigidity, hardness, physical and mechanical properties, such as deflection temperature and compression resistance. It also decreases the laser power threshold and permits the printing of high detail and high aspect ratio nano and submicron structures with even low laser powers of <10 mW.
Our 3Dresyn 2PP 10K-XL3 Bio is normally used up to 5-10% dosage (or more depending on rigidity specifications for certain nano thickness) and it is used for custom adjusting the rigidity of any 2PP 3Dresyn.
Features and Benefits:
- ultra effective crosslinker: minimum dosage is required for increasing rigidity and deflection temperature
- ideal for ultra high aspect ratio vertically printed structures
- based on dioxosilane chemistry with free hydroxyl functionality for further functionalization
- ideal used alone as 2PP biocompatible photocurable resin (negative photoresist) for high precision additive manufacturing of ultra rigid high aspect ratio 3D nano & microstructures with ultra high rigidity and deflection temperature
- excellent balance of resolution (shape accuracy) and writing speed
- photoreactive from 200 to 410 nm with Fine Tuner 2PP FT8 Bio (single 1 photon absorption)
- photoreactive from 600 to 810 nm with Fine Tuner 2PP FT8 Bio (two photon absorption)
- 100% optically transparent from 440 nm onwards into the Near Infrared NIR
- achievable feature sizes of 100-200 nm
- designed for Dip-in two-photon lithography DTPL (also referred as Dip-in Laser Lithography DiLL) where the 2PP resin is immersed upside down in the microcope objective
- designed for conventional 2PP systems (also refered as Two Photon Lithography TPL) where the 2PP resin is positioned upright on the substrate
- easy handling by direct drop casting
- biocompatible
- good adhesion on glass and other substrates
- safe and biocompatible, compliant with the Quality requirements of FDA, ISO 20795, 13485 & 10993
- synthetic
- hydrophobic backbone with hydrophilic hydroxyl functionality
- Shore hardness >D90
- clear, non yellowing
- tensile strength, <40 MPa
- flexural strength < 40 MPa
- ultra rigid (Young modulus 9500-10.500 MPa)
- high deflection temperature >290ºC
- elongation <1%
- durable
- medium-high shrinkage <15%
- organo-tin free
- printable by most commercial two photon polymerization printers with wavelengths from 600 nm to 800 nm
- supplied at different writing speeds: fast, intermediate, slow, and non reactive for custom control of writing speed and resolution
- tunable with the free sampled Fine Tuner 2PP FT8 Bio for custom adjustment of writing speed
- tunable with the free sampled Fine Tuner 2PP LB3 Bio for maximum resolution with submicron feature sizes
- supplied in a relatively low and high viscosity version
- choose a LV low viscosity version for easy development or cleaning of uncured resin with conventional 2PP upright configurations
- choose a HV high viscosity version for upside down DiLL configurations
- easy removal of uncured resin with conventional developers such isopropanol IPA and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PGMEA)
- ideally use our biocompatible Cleaning Fluid UNW1 Bio to preserve transparency, prevent whitening and chemical attack of IPA and conventional alcohols
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 100 mL opaque bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect 2PP 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
