3Dresyn IM-SF-WS Soft Water-Swellable Sacrificial Resin

3Dresyn® IM-SF-WS is a very soft and flexible water-swellable sacrificial mold-making photopolymer developed for the fabrication of highly deformable sacrificial injection molds requiring extreme flexibility and easy removal by swelling.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of soft, flexible and water-swellable sacrificial molds for complex geometries and delicate removal conditions.

• Young’s modulus: <5 MPa (ISO 527)

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Viscosity: <100 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)

Swelling-based removal behavior depends on curing conditions, geometry and exposure energy. Higher curing energy may reduce swelling efficiency and increase removal time.

Material performance depends on printer type, exposure conditions, geometry and swelling conditions. Full workflow validation is required for each specific application.
