3Dresyn OD-Clear TF LTP Tough & Foldable has these features and benefits:
  • ideal for the direct printing of teeth movement aligners without damaging the periodontal ligament
  • tough and foldable , semirigid, pliable under pressure at low thickness, with good memory until regains its original shape
  • safe and biocompatible: only mild skin irritant before curing and cleansing
  • designed for medium Low Temperature Printing LTP at: 20-30ºC
  • choose LV version for a relatively Low Viscosity for printing without heated printers or below 25ºC
  • choose HV version for relatively High Viscosity version for printing with heated printers or above 25ºC, for overall improved durability  and mechanical properties
  • available in two versions: rigid and flexible versions for printing aligners
    • rigid version: similar properties to PETG disk
    • rigid version: ideal for 0.5-0.8 mm 
    • flexible version: similar properties to TPU disk
    • flexible version: ideal for 0.8-1.2 mm 
  • suitable for printing flexible thin copings or Indirect Bonding Trays IBTs  at 0.2-0.3 mm for placing attachments

  • print aligners in any SLA, DLP and/or LCD printer following our printing instructions, which can be sent upon request by email: info@3dresyns.com 
  • after printing cut the supports and eliminate the uncured resin by gravity from the surface of the aligner in the upside down position in an oven heated at 55-60ºC for 30 minutes
  • postcure the dry prints in a normal light box for 30 minutes at T<50ºC
  • clean parts by spraying IPA using a spray bottle to ensure that clean IPA is always used

*Note: direct printing of aligners requires detailed integration of aligners specifications and control of the overall workflow and process variables (software, aligner thickness, resin design, printer specifications such as power, wavelength, print settings: exposure time, z layer thickness, postcuring and cleansing settings and protocols, types of cleaning fluids used, cleaning time and temperature, light power, wavelength and temperature during postcuring, etc.

All the mentioned variables affect and determine final aligner mechanical properties, clarity and biocompatibility: such as  its hardness, rigidity, stress relaxation resistance during usage, color, overall resistance, durabibility and safety.

Different printers, printing settings and specifications, cleaning and postcuring settings, etc in practice provide differences in properties for any 3D photoreactive resins
